Joshua obeyed and he succeeded. Joshua trusted and he was provided. Joshua listened and he was lifted. Joshua had faith and he was shown faithfulness. Joshua followed and he was made to lead. Joshua believed and he conquered. Joshua taught us that obedience, in its full extent can take us a long way. The bible has certainly stated the curse of not practicing it as well as the rewards of doing so. Malachi 4:6 He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse. (NIV) ~ does the verse suggest a reconciliation between a father and his children? or a reminder of the consequence of having a bad relationship with our fathers? HAPPY FATHERS' DAY then to all fathers, may he big or small, black or white, young or old! God has blessed you opportunities to raise His children!
